This policy applies only to agency accounts and portal usage. It does not apply to lead subjects submitting their details through lead capture forms.

1. Who can use the platform

The LPagery lead platform is intended exclusively for business users, including agencies and freelancers acting in a professional or commercial capacity.

Accounts are issued on a per-company basis. Each company is responsible for all activity performed under its account credentials.

2. Who is responsible for your data

For agency-related data, LPagery acts as the data controller under applicable data protection laws.

3. What data we collect

When you create and use an agency account, we may collect the following information:

Account and contact data

• Name
• Business name
• Email address

Technical and usage data

• IP address
• Login and access activity

Communications

• Support messages and correspondence with us

Billing and payment data

• Payment status and transaction references
• Credit usage and purchase history

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card or bank details ourselves.

4. How we use agency data

We process agency data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account
• Authenticating access to the platform
• Processing payments and credits
• Delivering transactional communications
• Sending lead notifications you opt in to
• Providing customer support
• Enforcing our Terms of Service

We do not use agency data for unrelated purposes.

Our systems are primarily hosted in the European Union, including infrastructure provided by Vercel and Supabase.

We retain agency data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Account data

• Active accounts: retained for the duration of the account
• Closed accounts: retained for a reasonable period to handle disputes, security issues, and compliance

Billing and financial records

• Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Certain data may be retained where legally required.

9. Your responsibilities as an agency

When you unlock and access lead data:

• You act as an independent data controller
• You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and marketing laws
• You must process lead data only within the scope permitted by user consent and our Terms of Service

LPagery does not control how you process lead data after transfer.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect agency data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Account suspension and compliance

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe that:

• These privacy terms or our Terms of Service are violated
• Lead data is misused
• Applicable laws are breached

Such actions may be taken to protect users, partners, or LPagery.
